Two River Times: Outdoor Living Store Throws Open the Doors in Fair Haven. Feature about the opening of Canyon Pass Provisions.
Red Hot magazine wrote a series of stories that describe connections between the people of Fair Haven and its businesses. These stories were beautifully written by Claudia Ansorge and were published in Red Hot magazine.
- “A Happy Place for Healthy Smiles” features Ferguson Dental Care, the dental practice of Dr. Paul Ferguson. After serving the Fair Haven community for many years, his team recently moved to a brand new state-of-the-art office at 811 River Road, where they are welcoming the many patients with whom they have lifelong relationships.
- “Heart-and-Hardware” features Fair Haven Hardware, a local institution. Did you know that Harvey Shooman gave up a job as an airline pilot so he could take over the family business? Harvey is looking forward to celebrating Fair Haven Hardware’s 60th anniversary next year, and he is full of great stories about the connections between his store and their loyal customers.
- “Pressing Matters” tells the story of Vicky Heard. Vicky owns Flair Cleaners, and she and her business have been part of the Fair Haven community since 1967.
- “A Gem of a Love Story” tells the story of Christelle Aponte. Each year, her dad Michel would buy her Christmas gift at Fair Haven’s favorite jewelry store, Gem of an Idea. Little did anyone guess that the jewelry store would come to play an important role in her engagement.
